Challenge: rejected ads, restricted accounts
Supplement ads can't promise cures, show before-and-after results or make unsupported health claims. Corelyn's team was learning the rules one rejection at a time, and repeated rejections led to restricted ad accounts and paused campaigns.
Every new creative went through a five-day back and forth with a compliance reviewer, so the brand tested far less than its competitors.
What we did: the rules written once, checked every time
Corelyn wrote its health claims policy, approved wording and banned phrases into an Aurora Workspace once, and every campaign inherits it. Aurora Research showed which supplement ads were running for a long time in the Meta and TikTok ad libraries, a sign they were approved and working.
Aurora Creative produced new variations within the rules, each ad was checked before launch, and Aurora Intelligence tracked account health and performance side by side.
We used to spend more time appealing rejections than making ads. Now compliance is part of how we create, and our accounts stay healthy.
Results: ads that run, and keep running
Ad rejections and account restrictions fell by 99%, so campaigns kept running instead of stopping and starting.
Creative sign-off dropped from five days to one, testing volume tripled, and ROAS rose from 1.6× to 2.9×.
