About this notice

This notice covers the Aurora marketing website at auroragroup.com. It should be read with our Privacy Policy, which identifies the Aurora Group entities and explains personal-data handling.

The signed-in Aurora application, third-party advertising platforms and websites reached through external links may use different technologies. Their relevant notices and choices apply when you use those services.

Cookies and browser storage

Cookies are small pieces of information stored by a website in your browser. Local storage, tracking pixels and similar technologies can also store or access device information. A technology's purpose matters, whether it is supplied by Aurora or another provider.

Essential technologies support a service you request, such as security or a signed-in session. Optional technologies measure visits, personalise advertising or follow activity across services. We use optional analytics and advertising technologies only after you choose to allow the relevant category.

Current website use

We use Google Analytics and Meta Pixel on this website, subject to your consent choices. Google Analytics helps us understand website use; Meta Pixel supports advertising measurement and relevant advertising. The sections below explain these purposes and how you control them.

Loading a page still involves technical requests to deliver it and its assets. Hosting and security providers may process connection information such as an IP address; the Privacy Policy explains the relevant personal-data purposes. Technical requests are not the same as consent to advertising tracking.

Optional tracking stays disabled until you consent to the relevant category. You can continue to use the website if you decline optional tracking.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits, page engagement, navigation and actions such as enquiries, so we can improve the website. Google receives the events and associated browser, device and identifier information permitted by the configuration and your choices. We do not include enquiry text, identity documents or payment details in analytics events.

Google uses _ga to distinguish visitors and _ga_<container-id> to maintain session state. Google's documented default cookie expiry is two years; browser limits and configured settings may shorten this. See Google's GA4 cookie information.

Analytics cookies require your affirmative analytics choice. Cookie expiry is separate from retention of event data by Google. For information about data retention, recipients and international processing, see our Privacy Policy or contact us.

Meta Pixel

We use Meta Pixel to measure responses to our advertising, attribute website actions and, if enabled and consented to, build advertising audiences or improve ad delivery. This is an advertising purpose, separate from general website analytics. Meta may receive page and event information, browser or device information and identifiers and may associate permitted events with its own services.

Meta Pixel requires a separate affirmative advertising choice. The cookies and identifiers used depend on your browser, Meta settings and the features you consent to. They help link website activity to advertising interactions. Additional matching or server-side conversion sharing requires appropriate disclosure and a lawful basis; consent to analytics alone does not cover these advertising uses.

For Meta's own handling of information, see Meta's Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy. International processing is addressed in our Privacy Policy.

Your choices

You can accept or reject analytics and advertising separately through our cookie controls, and change or withdraw your choices through Cookie settings. Rejecting optional tracking is as accessible as accepting it. Neither scrolling, closing a banner nor continuing to browse counts as consent. Optional tags and their data transmissions remain blocked before you make the relevant choice.

Withdrawing consent stops subsequent optional collection, and we remove optional first-party identifiers where technically possible. It does not undo processing that was lawful before withdrawal or automatically erase information already held by a provider. See the Privacy Policy for data-rights requests. We request consent again when required by a material change in purpose or providers.

Your browser settings let you inspect, block and clear stored site data. Removing essential data on a service that uses it may sign you out or reset preferences. Browser controls do not replace our responsibility to obtain consent where required.

Following a link to WhatsApp, Telegram, an advertising platform or the Aurora application opens that service; review its privacy and cookie information before using it.
